Great taste, family owned, Mohammad the chef is excellent with his live kitchen and interaction with us. You will see a french chef putting naan into a clay oven since past 10 years which is rare on this earth. If i were a local here then would haven’t think of cooking . If you are a real spice eater please ask for spicy chicken bhuna with freshly prepared naan . We really loved it. Thank you so much Mohammad!
Great neighbourhood Indian restaurant. I’ve been there 3 times already and it never disappoints. Very good value for the money and when you request spicy it is proper spicy.

AMAZING meals! We were recommended this place by a friend, and it was the BEST version of these traditional Indian dishes I’ve had (the chana masala blew my mind, the perfect “comfort food”). And an additional bonus is that you can customize the “spice” levels, so those with lower chilli tolerance can still come and enjoy the rich flavours of these curries, without suffering the ) This place was above and beyond our expectations, for great value, and the chef we spoke to after was very kind and made time for us as the staff shared a meal together at the end of the day. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere, I will definitely be back again, and bring friends. Thank you for the great food!
The food was excellent, especially the salad that they include in each plates. I also appreciated that the cold water bottle on the table. They replaced it switftly when it was empty.
The only indian resto in the area and the food is good & tasty. Order food quite often and have had good experience all the times. Advise to the chef/cook: - please pay attention to the additional comments we put when we order online (e.g spicy or not, etc); - i have noticed that during peak time, food is prepared in a hasty manner and hence the sauce is watery. Would be great if this could be avoided Would definitely order again and recommend this resto to a friend.
We chose this restaurant for a birthday party last week. It was an entirely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, reasonably priced considering the atmosphere and location, and the staff was very friendly and catering (allowing to stay past closing time to finish our celebration). I would definitely return for the food alone and recommend this place for groups.
Once again, I had the pleasure of eating at the Tandoori Maison today. I took my daughter - and my three year old granddaughter with me. It was their first time and I have lost count how many times I have had the pleasure of visiting this Jewel in the Crown Restaurant. From arrival to departure, the experience was wonderful (as usual) The greetings, the attentive staff and the amazing cuisine that is always served there - a truly amazing evening. My daughter and granddaughter both fell in love with the place - as I did many years ago. My daughter enjoyed her meal so much, she ordered a meal to go in order to enjoy it heated up in the coming days. If you are lucky enough to live close to this restaurant, don’t look for reasons not to go - I would urge you to go and enjoy a feast that you will not forget for a long time! I also firmly believe that your first visit will not be your last visit. Sadly, I live west of Toronto and can only attend on an occasional basis.
